The Independent Hotel Show is built around a specific customer: the owner or operator of a luxury, boutique or independent property rather than a chain procurement team. Two days at Olympia, and the whole floor is organised around what that buyer actually specifies, from bedroom interiors and bathroom amenities through to property management software and payroll.
At 511 exhibiting companies it is the largest UK show on this site outside the big Birmingham healthcare and engineering events, and the breadth is the point. An independent hotelier buys everything a chain would buy centrally, which is why a single floor holds furniture makers, laundry services, AI platforms, art dealers and hotel booking groups.
The technology contingent has grown sharply and is now one of the most visible groups on the floor. Access Hospitality, Agilysys, Alkimii, Bizimply and Apollo 3D cover property management, scheduling, payments and virtual tours, and Aphy exhibits explicitly as an AI platform for hoteliers.
Against that sit the traditional supply categories. ADA Cosmetics and BC Softwear handle guest amenities and linen. Abbey Glass, AKANTE and Belmont Fine Arts cover interiors and furnishing. Airwave Europe supplies in-room entertainment. AA Media and BWH Hotels GB represent the ratings and booking-group side of the industry.
The common factor is that every one of these companies has chosen to sell to independents rather than to chains, which usually means a smaller sales team, a shorter approval chain, and a genuine need for pipeline. That makes this list unusually workable for anyone selling B2B services into hospitality suppliers.
